Solar-Tech 600w digital dimmable power pack is a high quality, well built ballast. The solar-Tech technology allows the grower to harden the plants off by switching through the four power wattages that the ballast delivers.
The 250 watt setting ideally wants to be used with a 250w M/H metal halide bulb that delivers a more gentle, predominantly blue light, this will produce a plant that has more internodal spacing with more flowering sites.
In later growth, early flower the grower can then change the bulb over to a 600 watt H.P.S, this will introduce more red spectrum, aimed towards flowering, fruiting plants.
With the Solar-Tech digital ballast the user has the option to dim the light output down to the four hundred watt setting in early flower and move up to the 600w then 660w boost setting giving the plants upwards of 95000 lumens of light. The Solar-Tech will give you all the options and the power needed to get the best out of any plant.
Solar-Tech do not advice to dim any 600w bulb down to the 250w setting as it introduces too much green spectrum into the light output.
This power pack delivers a high frequency (60hz) output to the bulb which reducers flicker and delivers more light energy to your plant. It also features soft step feature which gently steps between wattages which helps protect both your power pack and the bulb or LED fixture
The Power pack looks great and stands out in any store making it easy to recognise and easy to sell. If you want to sell and grow like a pro, choose Solar-tech for all your lighting needs.
