DOSATRON® presents the new special fertigation dosing pump, the latest addition to the Green Line dedicated to irrigation systems. It operates on irrigation networks from 500 l/h to 9 m3/h. Fertilizers and products, liquid or soluble, conventional or organic, are injected over a dosage range of 0.2% to 2% and 1% to 5%.

How do our fertigation dosing pumps work?

The only energy source required is the online use of the flow rate, no electricity or additional energy is required. No additional sophisticated equipment, a simple filter upstream and a non-return valve downstream are sufficient. In addition, the fertigation dosing pump is designed to manage the network filling phases and automatically restarts following the overflow of the water supply.

The dosage is adjusted by matching the top of the adjustment ring to the desired scale on the scale. The amount of product injected is proportional to the amount of water entering the dosing pump.

The development of a brand new engine entirely of plastic and metal-free design, incorporating new and patented Dosatron principles, allows an increase in chemical compatibility.

In addition, from 96 to 35 parts, this engine innovates in its simplest and most practical maintainability, no longer requiring any tools to change its spring or sealing lips.

What is the best way to install my D9GL fertigation dosing pump?

In fertigation, Dosatron D9GL metering pumps ensure the correct dosing of nutrients into the fertigation water.With a simple by-pass installation the grower can easily switch from irrigating with plain water to controlled fertigation. Single, double or even multiple stock solutions offer flexibility in nutrient composition.

The above schematics show an A+B application.

With two D9GL metering pumps installed in series individual dosing of A and B products is possible.
Optional agitators ensure homogeneous stock solutions. Depending on the water quality, filtration is required to protect the metering pumps from abrasive particles and the system from clogging.The switch between irrigation and fertigation can be easily automated with solenoid valves.
