Blumat systems need adequate pressure to operate effectively. Too much pressure can cause problems when running from a garden tap, or from a pump system, which is where these high-quality pressure reducers are used.
With ¾” thread on one side and 8mm outlet and locking nut on the other.
0.1 bar can work on small systems, but higher is better. If you can maintain 0.5 bar, most moderate sized systems will work very well.
1.3 bar is the highest you can run a Blumat System with our standard components before you will run into issues.
If using Blusoak Drip Tape, 0.5 bar pressure in the water supply line is recommended. Higher pressure can cause splitting.
